Job Summary

Coordination of activities associated with occupational health, safety, and wellbeing management. The implementation and compliance with SCB Health and Safety Policy and ensuring that SCB meets local health, safety, and well-being legal requirements throughout the country.

The Health & Safety Officer/Nurse is responsible to ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act in Country. The Health & Safety Officer / Nurse shall:
•    Plan, coordinate, and manage employee health examination programs, including health assessment and analysis, health record management and retention, and follow-up for employees with abnormal health screening results.
•    Coordinate on-site occupational physician services.
•    Provide first aid, general medical care, health consultation, and emergency response to promote employee health and workplace safety.
•    Manage occupational injury and workplace accident cases, including reporting, investigation, work-related leave administration, and follow-up management.
•    Manage medical supplies and equipment, departmental first-aid kits, and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to ensure operational regulatory compliance.
•    Plan, implement, and monitor the four statutory Occupational Health Protection Programs, including: Ergonomic Hazardous Prevention、Prevention of Diseases Caused by Abnormal Workload (Overwork Prevention) 、Maternal Health Protection、Workplace Violence Prevention. 
•    Plan and implement workplace health promotion initiatives and health education programs to enhance employee well-being and foster a healthy workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

•    規劃、執行及管理員工健康檢查作業,包含健康檢查結果分析與評估、健康資料管理與保存,以及健康異常個案追蹤管理。
•    負責醫務室及哺集乳室管理,職業醫學專科醫師臨場服務相關業務。
•    提供一般傷病處置、健康衛教、急救處置及緊急事件應變,維護員工健康與職安安全。
•    辦理職業災害及職場意外事故(含公傷假)之通報、處理、調查及追蹤管理。
•    管理醫療耗材與醫療器材、各部門醫藥箱及AED(自動體外心臟去顫器),確保醫療資源妥善配置與維護。
•    規劃、推動及執行勞工健康保護四大計畫,包括人因性危害預防、異常工作負荷促發疾病預防、母性健康保護及職場不法侵害之預防。
•    規劃並執行職場健康促進活動及健康衛教專案,提升員工健康意識,營造健康友善職場。

Skills and Experience

•    At least three-year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
•    Completed of the 52-hour Occupational Health Nurse Training Program
•    Nurse license

Qualifications

Education     
•    College degree (or above) in Nursing, with at least three-year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
•    護理相關科系學士以上學歷,具3年以上醫院臨床護理工作經驗。
Training     
•    Completed of the 52-hour Occupational Health Nurse Training Program.
•    完成勞工健康服務護理人員52小時專業訓練,並具結業證書。
Licenses     
•    Nurse license of higher examination.
•    具備護理師證書    
Certifications     
•    A minimum of 3years experience as a Corporate Occupational Health Nurse is highly preferred
•    具3年以上企業職業健康護理師工作經驗者尤佳。
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    熟悉Microsoft Office軟體操作,包括Word, Excel 及PowerPoint.
•    Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
•    具主動積極的工作態度、良好的溝通協調能力及團隊合作精神
