Job Summary
職務說明:
- 負責投資質押貸款服務及金融資產組合融資服務相關作業,確保服務的順利運行和合規性。
- 具備會計基本知識,協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
- 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。
- 負責證券後段交割的相關作業,確保交易準確無誤。
- 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴(如香港保銀)進行有效溝通,促進資訊流通。
Strategy
• 配合集團業務的發展及要求,與Manager共同制定作業流程及規範,以符合集團業務的發展。
• 配合Manager指示,持續流程改善,降低作業成本。
Business
• 配合WM業務的發展及要求,制定債券自營作業流程及規範,以符合WM業務發展的期待。
Processes
• 確認/覆核經辦執行財富管理作業都有在時間內完成且內容正確。
• 確認各項管理性報表。
• 熟悉並遵循DOA、內部控制及銀行相關規範(包括但不限於集團作業準則及規範)。
• 審核部門作業流程並協助Clerk修改DOI以符合內、外部法令。
• 持續流程改善,降低作業成本;提升作業效能、作業品質等專案。
• 確保處理的會計交易、分錄都已正確記入會計帳務。
• 處理客戶詢問、抱怨、客訴事宜。
Key Responsibilities
- 管理和推動投資質押貸款及金融資產組合融資服務,確保操作的合規性和效率。
- 撰寫並檢查相關財務及作業報告,確保資訊準確性。
- 與會計部門協調,協助處理財務審核及合規要求。
- 負責日常的文件管理及記錄,維護客戶資料的準確性與安全性。
- 執行並監控證券交割流程,保證及時、正確的交易完成。
Risk Management
• KCSA及自行查核依據計畫及查核標準執行且不會逾時。
• 協助、協調、執行各種作業避免風險因子產生,以免除作業風險為目標。
• 一旦發現有(或潛在) OR issues and losses,應立即通報給LM及BRM。
• 維護及保留適當的各項記錄報告。
• DOI及Memo定期檢核,以符合作業規範及以利同仁作業遵守。
Governance
• 遵循集團的價值觀和行為準則。
• 了解和確保遵守所有適用的法律和集團準則。
• 確保都有完成所需的教育訓練。

- 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士或以上之學位。
- 具備專案管理技能,能夠有效規劃、執行及監控專案進度。
- 熟悉證券交割流程及相關政策法規,具有實務經驗者佳。
- 優秀的英文溝通能力,能夠流利使用英文進行書寫與口頭交流。
- 必備信託證照. 另持有金融或會計相關專業證照(如: 證券/衍生性/內控)者優先考慮
