電話投資交易客服專員
工作內容:
●負責信用卡、銀行電話與電話投資交易服務
●提供客戶各項服務及支援, 並整合各通路需求跟催作業,透過了解客戶, 解答客戶詢問及保有客戶機制深耕維繫現有客戶關係
●及時回應客戶的查詢項目並紀錄客戶回覆內容以進一步改善作業流程
●依據各項既定作業機制進行客戶指定服務
●透過提供產品資訊,產品銷售及個人化優質服務來滿足客戶需求
工作地點:
新北市板橋區新府路1-1號2樓 (3鐵共構旁. 交通便利) 或
新竹市北區四維路130號3樓
工作條件:
●必備信託業務證照
●良好溝通協調能力及人際關係處理
●對客戶服務及品質具有高敏銳度
●中英打技能佳
●流利國台語,英文溝通能力尤佳
●熟悉銀行各項財富管理、銀行業務及信用卡商品尤佳
●需配合輪值 (日班, 小夜及大夜)
●抗壓力強
●具銀行櫃員或銀行客服經驗尤佳
●具銀行客服值班主管經驗或客訴處理經驗尤佳
