Key Responsibilities
금융사고감시업무부 금융정보제공 담당자는 정부기관 및 관공서 등에서 관련 법에 따라 요청하는 명령문(PO)을 처리하는 업무을 수행하고, 해당 시스템이 유지되고 업데이트 될 수 있도록 관리자를 지원합니다.
(예시 : 금융거래정보제공업무, (가)압류/추심업무, 계좌동결조치수행 등)
1. 금융거래정보제공업무
• 금융거래정보제공 요청서를 접수하고 정보제공 요구의 정당성 확인 후, 은행의 관리기록부 시스템에 등록함.
• 제공해야 할 정보를 은행 내 시스템을 통하여 수집하고 요구기관 앞 회신함.
• 정보제공사실에 대하여 명의인 통보를 수행함.
2. 압류/추심 업무 및 금융위원회 지급정지 업무
• 압류등록/해제 및 추심요청 서류를 접수하고 접수서류에 대한 정당성을 확인
• 당행 고객 계좌를 확인하여 요청내용에 따라 압류등록/해제, 추심지급 업무 등을 수행
• 요청내용에 따른 처리결과 회신 및 정보제공사실에 대한 명의인 통보를 수행
3. 금융거래정보제공 및 압류/추심 업무 수행 중 발견된 중대사안 및 관련 정보를 팀리더 또는 부서장 앞으로 즉시 보고함
Qualifications
• 학사이상 졸업자
• 은행업의 수신, 여신에 대한 기본적인 지식
• 유관부서 및 팀원과의 원활한 소통능력
• 합리적 판단력과 능동적인 학습능력
• 긍정적이고 적극적인 사고를 가진 자로서 문제해결 능력 보유자
Skills and Experience
• 금융거래정보제공업무 및 압류/추심업무 경력자 우대
• MS오피스 프로그램(워드, 엑셀 등) 활용 능력
• System(예: PC) 활용 능력
• 금융실명제 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률, 예금압류 관련 법률 지식 보유 (혹은 이해 능력)
