Financial Institution 여신 전반에 대한 Credit Risk 심사 및 승인 업무를 총괄하며 다음의 주요 직무를 담당함.

Financial Institution 고객 (그룹)에 대한 Risk Appetite 설정 및 여심심사보고서에 대한 심사 및 승인
CIB Risk Discipline에 따른 효과적인 리스크 관리 및 거버넌스 체계에 수립과 이행, 그리고 Daily 점검 수행
FIR 전결권 부여 배하 직원에 대한 코칭 및 교육, 그리고 적정 업무 능력 배양을 담당하며 배하 직원 수행 업무에 대한 Oversight 수행

Key Responsibilities

Financial Institution 고객의 신용등급 산정, Credit Risk 분석 및 검토를 통한 여신 (BCA) 심사 및 승인, 그리고 BCA 승인 업무 전반 관리하며 특히 FIR SCO는 BCA가 당행 제반 규정에 부합하며 적정한 신용 리스크 분석 및 수용 가능한 리스크 경감책이 포함될 수 있도록 함.

1LoD 및 주요 담당자 (Key Stakeholders), 그리고 시장 전문가와의 긴밀한 의사소통을 통하여 비즈니스 영업 환경에 대한 정확한 이해 및 향후 예측을 통한 리스크의 선제적인 관리를 담당함.

자산건전성 유지 목적의 고객 신용 리스크 모니터링 및 포트폴리오에 대한 Risk 관리, 그리고 대/내외 제반 비즈니스 환경을 종합적으로 고려하여 FI Portfolio에 대한 충당금 설정 및 관리함.

FI관련 CIB 여신 정책 및 규정 제반 업무 관리 및 감독하며 특히 변화하는 외부 환경에 대응하여 관련 여신 규정에 대하여 주기적인 업데이트 및 Client (Group) level 및 해당 산업/분야 별 Risk Appetite 수립을 담당함.

국내외 규제 당국, Group, 그리고 국내 Management에 대한 FI관련 Risk Governance 및 Portfolio 관련 리포트에 대한 검토 총괄함.

주요 Risk Management 관련한 다음의 항목을 담당함

• FI관련 Portfolio Underwriting Rule의 수립 및 연례 검토와 승인, 그리고 Country Risk Framework 상 위반 사항에 대한 검토와 대책 수립, 그리고 승인.
• 정기 Portfolio 보고서를 포함하여 집행리스크위원회 등 리스크 관련 위원회 보고 대상 안건에 대한 검토, 작성 및 보고.
• 매월 개최되는 Credit Issue Committee (“CIC”)에 Early Alert 대상 Account에 대한 검토 및 필요 조치를 1LoD와 협의 및 이행하여 향후 충당금 (혹은 예상 손실)을 최소화 함.
• FIR SCO가 전결권을 부여한 배하 직원에 대하여 매월 승인된 BCA 등에 대한 Credit Risk 분석 및 승인의 적정에 대한 점검.
• 변화하는 외부 경영 환경에 대한 이해 및 당행 여신 심사/승인에 반영하기 위하여 정기적으로 고객 방문.

Qualifications

Group 규정 및 준칙의 검토, Group Reporting, 그리고 BCA 승인 등 원활한 업무 수행을 위한 국제적 환경하에서의 영어 구사 능력 보유자

Financial Institution Risk 분야 관련 업무 지식 및 업무 경력 보유자 (FIR Senior Credit Manager 혹은 유사 여신 심사 및 승인 업무 경험)

다양한 금융 상품 및 구조에 관한 경험 및 지식 보유자

학사이상졸업자

Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

파생상품 관련 지식 및 업무 경험, 그리고 CIB내 여신 및 Credit Analyst 근무 경험 자 우대
