Key Responsibilities

•    자본관리 담당자를 도와 은행의 자본 적정성, 위험가중자산 및 재무구조를 관리하는 업무를 지원합니다. 
•    은행의 재무구조 및 관리원칙에 대해 배우고 자본 적정성 확보를 위해 관련 리스크 분석 및 지표 산출과 보고 업무를 지원합니다. 
•    국제 은행의 사업전략을 이해하고 자본 적정성을 유지관리하기 위한 규정 및 관리원칙을 점검하고 보완합니다.
•    자산부채관리부에서 진행되는 프로젝트의 지원 업무를 수행합니다.

Qualifications

• 국문 및 영문보고서 작성 및 능숙한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
• 원만한 대인관계 및 팀워크를 이룰 수 있는 분 
• 업무에 대한 열정적인 태도 및 성과 중심의 태도를 보유하신 분 
• 새로운 도전을 즐기며 실행력이 뛰어난 자

Skills and Experience

• 은행의 전반적인 업무에 대한 이해
• 자본관리 실무책임자를 도와 업무 수행이 가능한 업무 경험자 선호
• 국내 감독원 은행 자본규정 및 바젤, 금융안정위원회 등의 국제 기준에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
• 은행 자본비율관리, 내부자본적정성 검토, 위험가중자산 산출 관련 업무 경험자(유관경력 5년이상 우대)
• 영어를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자들과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 컴퓨터 활용능력 (Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, 한글 등) 우수자 우대
