Job Summary
• The CFCR Reporting Team is actively engaged in the generation of risk reports covering key metrics across the risk for the Group, thereby providing timely information for effective risk management and complying with the regulatory requirements. This role pertaining to Conduct Risk, Compliance Risk, Equity Aggregation and Financial Crime Risk Reporting - would require active involvement as an individual as well as a people manager.
• Preparation of dashboards for CFCR across the Group, Clusters and markets
• Actively involve in initiatives aligned to Functions of the Future
• Enhance existing / implement new dashboarding capabilities to ensure adoption of self-service capabilities
• Ensure initiatives completed in project phase are efficiently transitioned to BAU mode
• Identify and enhance efficiencies in the capacity utilization
• Effectively manage the EA reporting alongside standard ownership related responsibilities and ensure seamless BAU as a hands-on lead
• Implement data driven insights in reporting
• Ensure adherence to policy / standard requirements in the metrics reported

• Encourage and retain talent with capabilities expected for BAU aligned to FoF initiatives.

• Ensure alignment to policies and procedures including Data Privacy and sovereignty guidelines
Governance
• Timely monitoring and early escalations where required with Nil deviation on control requirements.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
