Job Summary
Candidate should have deep technical understanding of SAC Planning & ABAP programming. He/she should be able to manage any critical production related issues with minimal guidance from the Business and from the team to solve the issues reported. Must have good knowledge in RICEFW developments.
Capable of understanding the requirement from business from functional point and analyse the issue technically provide the right solution within the agreed SLA with Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAC Planning programs for the various SAP modules implemented in RRP project
- Hands-on experience in SAC Planning, Data action, multi-action, model , dimensions, Reports required (ODATA implementation, RAP Framework, CDS, Fiori Elements)
- Expertise in RICEFW developments.
- Well-versed with SOLMAN tool and ATC for code quality.
- Interpret functional specifications and convert them into technical solutions that can be implemented and supported
- Provide technical support for IT business analyst within our SAP environment
- Actively participate with Shared Applications team members in the design, development, documentation, performance testing, and implementation of technical business solutions
- Maintain a working knowledge of advancing technologies and freely exchange new ideas and suggestions for improvement
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP related master data
- Follow DFA development, governance and project management standards

- Respond quickly and efficiently when debugging, identifying root cause, and resolving production defects.
- Work with functional leads to re-engineer business processes and map processes to S/4 and FIORI functionality.
- Manage production incidents through proactive analysis and problem resolution to improve processes and systems.
- Interface with IT development staff and third-party software providers (SAP and others) as required for technical matters.
- Participate in the development of test scripts; performance of unit, integration, regression and user acceptance testing; and assistance with performance testing.
- Participate in determining change impacts and assist with change management; develop and conduct user training.
- Continue personal professional development in the areas of development, project management, SAP and other relevant information technology tools. Continue to expand knowledge of the company's business with a focus on understanding the impact the business processes have on internal operations. Crosstrain on business software applications used at the company, with an emphasis on maintaining knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ERP and FIORI
Strategy
- Will be working across Finance applications in technology space, PAPM, ABAP & PAPM app.
- Will be configuring applications related integrations/functionalities in all SAP Finance applications, and plan to takeover strategic app
- Will be responsible for SAP Finance application requirement and process build required.
- Additionally need to support existing Hyperion applications until it is move to its Strategic Platform
Business
- Effectively manage multiple stakeholders demands and expectations while maintaining quality and delivery of support operations.
- Implement Automation and no Toil across SRE onboarded applications and implement automations in cloud applications.
- Provide quality of Service as per Service Level Objectives and effectively manage Operational Level Agreements with upstream/downstream systems.
- Engages with Dev Leads, Test Leads and architects to determine strategic direction in terms of application supportability.
- Evaluates and implements new technologies personally, in line with bank strategy (SAC ,ABAP & PAPM)
- Undertakes continuous improvement for the practice and domain internally and within federated teams
- L1/L2 production support – monitoring batch activities, handling technical queries / issues.
- Handle data quality queries from users, work extensively on SAC Planning & ABAP set of applications & analysis Data ActionScript’s / ABAP programming to resolve the issue
- Understand the functional usage of the application and work closely with business stakeholders clarifying their queries
- Maintain various support documents / KPIs like SLA, OLA, ASRM, runbook, etc
