Key Responsibilities
As a senior technology leader with over 15 years' experience, you will spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of robust digital applications. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading full-stack software development efforts, encompassing UI, API, database, Kubernetes, and containerization layers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to development teams, fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Driving strategic contributions towards the target model architecture and service benchmarks to align with evolving business objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Supporting continuous integration and deployment pipelines to enhance delivery velocity and quality.
- Ensuring application security, compliance, and operational excellence within a banking framework.
- Engaging with BPM technologies such as Camunda to automate workflows and optimize process efficiencies across applications.

- Mastery of RESTful API development and integration, facilitating robust service communication and data exchange.

- Extensive practical understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and management of distributed applications.

Professional Background:
- A minimum of 15 years in software engineering or equivalent technology roles, demonstrating progressive leadership and complex project delivery.
