Key Responsibilities

As a senior technology leader with over 15 years' experience, you will spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of robust digital applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading full-stack software development efforts, encompassing UI, API, database, Kubernetes, and containerization layers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to development teams, fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Driving strategic contributions towards the target model architecture and service benchmarks to align with evolving business objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Supporting continuous integration and deployment pipelines to enhance delivery velocity and quality.
• Ensuring application security, compliance, and operational excellence within a banking framework.
• Engaging with BPM technologies such as Camunda to automate workflows and optimize process efficiencies across applications.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven proficiency in UI/UX design principles, crafting smooth and engaging user interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction.
• In-depth experience with the Quarkus framework for building responsive, cloud-native Java applications tailored for enterprise use.
• Mastery of RESTful API development and integration, facilitating robust service communication and data exchange.
• Advanced knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), capable of designing schemas optimized for scalable, secure data handling.
• Extensive practical understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and management of distributed applications.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker to support agile and efficient microservices environments.
• Familiarity with BPM tools, particularly Camunda, enabling process automation and workflow optimization within application ecosystems.
• Full stack development capabilities covering both frontend frameworks and backend services, with a track record of delivering high-quality software components.

Professional Background:

• A minimum of 15 years in software engineering or equivalent technology roles, demonstrating progressive leadership and complex project delivery.
• Direct experience within the banking or financial services domain, bringing awareness to compliance, security, and industry best practices.
