Title: Director, Product Management, TB

Responsibilities
- Manage, support and deliver the TB end-to-end product objectives within the country for Cash in alignment with global objectives for the product line, including financial and non-financial performance.
- From cash standing improvement in business and market position to product digitalization, productivity, service quality and efficiency growth. From strengthening risks and governance, cash business strategies to cross-bank collaborations in alignment with the Product Head for Cash and/or TB Head.
- Help to deliver financial performance against P&L, B/S within the country / region. Majorly from Liabilities, OPAC, Revenue, RoTEs.
- Improve cash standings through OPAC performance measurements and reduce sub-optimal liabilities as well as improve passthrough rates.
- Enhance CB / CIB business growth. Reprice clients on rates and fees.
- Increase digitisation, improve efficiency, productivity and service quality
- Eliminate least profitable product transaction volumes and cut 3rd party vendor costs. Drive electronic channel mitigation and outsource unprofitable products.
- Review the overall profitability of products and clients. Devise action plans and execute plans to reduce cost. Reprice least profitable clients and periodically monitor preferential / waived pricing particularly CB / CIB / TB clients. Add flexible fee charge methods or add new pricing charge item to grow fee income (e.g. monthly maintenance fee, threshold fee, relationship fee)
- Develop one stop bridge site and cultivate broadcaster communication mechanism to service stakeholders for better client management (e.g. receivables, payments, liquidity management, strategy, market intelligence, product roadmap)
- Coordinate and cooperate with PD on LuW and IA (Impact Analysis) to ensure maximum success of launch. Continue support internal parties from frontlines / Ops / Implementation / Legal / Channel to help facilitate the closure of large or complex deals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant discipline such as finance, commerce, business administration, etc.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of Banking & Finance and Technology
• Experience in project management
• Analytical skills
