JOB SUMMARY
The Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) Credit Card and Personal Loan (CCPL) Business Segment in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional for the role of an Analyst, Project Management to deliver a strategic high visibility project over 2026. The Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager for project governance, planning, risk management, delivery assurance, communications and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Project Management Office or Business Analyst experience in the WRB CCPL business, excel in stakeholder communication and data analysis. This person is an entrepreneurial self-starter, resourceful, detail oriented with an analytical problem-solving mindset, who can collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the programme is efficiently structured, monitored, and executed across all workstreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Support the Project Manager to align the project plan, deliverables and outcomes to the WRB Strategy
• Use data-driven insights, market analysis, and risk assessment to inform decisions and prioritise initiatives.
Business
• Planning and organising workshops across various departments and external parties
• Obtaining data for analysis, tracking and following up on post workshop action items
Processes
• Support Project Manager to develop and maintain the project governance framework, including the reporting cadence, meeting structures, and associated artifacts such as meeting minutes, weekly progress updates.
• Support the Project Manager to develop/maintain the project plan and track timelines
People & Talent
• Foster and embed a culture of openness, trust, and risk awareness, ensuring that ethical, legal, regulatory, and policy compliance is the standard.
• Promote a culture of honest feedback through retrospectives and strong collaboration among team members.
• Identify and remove obstacles and impediments to the team's or squad's progress, escalating issues as necessary.
Risk Management
• Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks and support the development of comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
• Champion the early identification of risks to mitigate potential impacts.
• Ensure adherence to Group policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory engagements and audits with clear and detailed responses.
Governance
• Ensure compliance with the project governance requirements in the Change Delivery Standards (CDS)
• Effectively communicate risk, issues, and solutions to diverse audiences, including non-specialists.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree Qualification in Business, Information Systems or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in project management or business analysis
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Experience of managing and/or working for large and complex transformation initiatives.
• Highly proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, ADO, Clarity etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline and budget.
• Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, able to converse in appropriate levels of detail with a myriad of stakeholders
• Knowledge of Bank’s policies and procedures and key risk areas/risk types such as data quality.
