Job Summary

To Proactively manage, grow, and retain a high potential portfolio with Premium executives by delivering tailored, multi-currency wealth currency wealth solutions.  Drive net new money and wealth revenue, structure the portfolio to become resilient and very profitable, drive strategy around digital engagement and relationship management.

Portfolio Analytics and Business Insights
•    Produce regular and ad hoc portfolio insights that translate client, product and sales data into clear actions for Premium Banking management and frontline teams.
•    Monitor the overall health, growth and profitability of the Premium Banking portfolio, covering client numbers, deposits and AUM, revenue, client qualification, attrition, dormancy, product holdings and relationship depth.
•    Segment the portfolio into actionable client cohorts and identify opportunities for acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, deepening and upgrade into Priority Banking.
•    Conduct product, channel and behavioural analysis to identify opportunities across CASA, term deposits, FX, investments, insurance and other Wealth solutions.
•    Provide Premium Executive, team and portfolio performance insights, including pipeline quality, activity levels, conversion, productivity, portfolio purity and tail-management actions.
•    Develop management dashboards, scorecard inputs, business reviews and executive presentations that clearly highlight performance, emerging risks, opportunities, root causes and required actions.
•    Partner with Retail Analytics, Products, Wealth, Digital, Finance and frontline teams to validate data, enhance analytical models and ensure timely delivery of decision-useful management information.
Measures of Success:
•    Timely and accurate portfolio reporting, with actionable recommendations adopted by the business.
•    Growth in deposits and AUM, AUM-qualified clients, portfolio revenue and Wealth product penetration.
•    Improved client activation, retention, upgrade and portfolio productivity, with reduced dormancy, attrition and unmanaged tail.

Campaign and Leads Management
•    Design and coordinate data-led campaigns for Premium Banking to acquire quality clients, deepen existing relationships, mobilise deposits, increase Wealth penetration, strengthen retention and generate qualified upgrades into Priority Banking.
•    Generate prioritised and actionable leads for Premium Executives using agreed segmentation, eligibility rules, client behaviour, propensity models and business triggers, while observing data privacy and client-contact requirements.
•    Maintain a regular lead-generation calendar and ensure leads are complete, de-duplicated, correctly assigned and supported by a clear client need, recommended offer and next-best action.
•    Load and track campaigns and leads through approved campaign-management platforms and digital channels, including mobile-app personalisation, web banners, push notifications and other consented client communications.
•    Partner with Product, Wealth, Digital, Marketing and frontline teams to develop relevant propositions and offers across CASA, term deposits, FX, investments, insurance and advisory solutions.
•    Monitor campaign reach, contact rate, conversion, fulfilment, incremental deposits and AUM, revenue, product uptake, upgrade outcomes and return on campaign; identify performance gaps and recommend corrective action.
•    Provide campaign performance updates to segment management and frontline leaders, highlighting lead ageing, execution quality, missed opportunities and actions required to improve conversion.
•    Support campaign governance by maintaining approved criteria, validation evidence, execution records, fulfilment tracking and post-campaign reviews in line with Group standards and local requirements.

•    Obtain Security & Commodity Authority (SCA) license and timely completion of Continuous Program Development (CPD) requirement post SCA licensing. This is a mandatory requirement for the role.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
•    5-8 years' experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analytics, Sales Performance Management or Customer Segmentation. 
•    Experience in Affluent, Priority, Wealth, Retail Banking, or Client Relationship Management. 
•    Proven experience in portfolio optimization, client acquisition, and campaign management. 
•    Experience in business performance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
•    AI literate, with a solid understanding of machine learning and AI-driven analytical applications.
•    Demonstrated ability to leverage advanced language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) to accelerate learning, enhance productivity, and adopt emerging technologies.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
