Job Description: 

Job Summary

Responsible to process daily transactions in a timely manner. Ensure compliance of all internal procedures and operational controls for risk management. Responsible for the timely delivery and response of customer requests.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Create awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model to the relevant teams in Global Lending Service (GLS)
•    Keep yourself updated with the Regulatory and Group policies 
•    Set internal standards and procedures for the bank in line with development of International Trade
•    Scrutinize Islamic documents – Disbursement & post disbursement
•    To receive & record all incoming requests receive by Global Lending Service 
•    To process all transactions related to Batch operations, & other activities pertaining to the GLS within the required timelines and after due scrutiny & compliance of necessary documentation, approvals & checks. 
•    To correspond & communicate with customers, regulators, internal & external stakeholders on Global Lending related matters.
•    To follow-up & coordinate with concerned departments to ensure accurate & timely processing of transactions. 
•    To ensure that all outstanding items in the GLS accounts are timely resolved. 
•    To ensure that Escalation Matrix is properly followed in the Unit. 
•    To monitor and report all suspicious and unusual activity. 
•    To monitor closure of all customer & stakeholder queries, complaints & outstanding issues of the unit to ascertain that it does not attain critical status. 
•    To ensure that all Internal & External policies & regulations are duly complied with & highlight any exceptions to the higher management with proper justifications. 
•    To ensure all records of the Unit are properly stored and archived as per the Bank policy. Ensure adherence to all Key Control Standards and also maintain proper controls of Fire resistance keys

•    To prepare, review & circulate all critical reports of the Global Lending Service . 
•    To ensure that list of following reports need to be submitted to respective stake-holders within defined TAT. 
•    Capital Finance, Memorandum Item (Pastdue Figures), Fixed Industrial reports and Form III to RRU
•    Infrastructure report to the regulator and related quarterly and half yearly reporting.
