  • Generate innovative ideas and participate actively in pitching sessions and presentations, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to align business objectives and enhance relationship value.

  • Maintain consistent coverage and engagement across the Standard Chartered network, enhancing the client experience and leveraging cross-team expertise.
  • Partner with product specialists to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities and optimise returns on risk-weighted assets.
  • Provide proactive support for deal origination activities including client research, preparation of pitch materials, and coordination with network and product teams.
  • Assist with sales discipline adherence such as pipeline management, client call reports, and deal approval documentation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate deal returns and pricing analyses in cooperation with Product Sales and network teams to support profitability assessments.
  • Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by developing briefing documents, facilitating internal strategy discussions, and aligning approaches with the Banker.
  • Conduct detailed client-specific analyses, including competitor benchmarking, to inform value propositions and uncover new business possibilities.
  • Support end-to-end execution of new business transactions, from deal structuring and documentation to coordination on revenue recognition and fee bookings.
  • Manage the client portfolio actively by engaging clients and product partners to monitor limit utilizations and ensure revenue accuracies at both portfolio and client levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex corporate relationships in dynamic banking environments.
  • Preferred experience includes working with Natural Resources sectors such as Oil, Gas, and Metals, coupled with comprehensive product knowledge related to these industries.
  • Fluency in Business English is essential for effective communication with global clients and internal teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines is advantageous.
  • Possession of or willingness to attain certifications related to Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to ensure compliance and risk awareness.
