Job Summary
• We are looking for a Backend Specialist, responsible for the development and maintenance of in-house applications. You will be working alongside with other Engineers and Developers working on different layers of the Applications. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• A minimum of 8+ years experience in IT industry with Strong professional development experience in SSIS ETL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The role involves working closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into our data systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to support data integration and data warehousing initiatives.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to ensure efficient data processing.
• Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Document ETL processes, data flows, and data mappings to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance.
• Implement best practices for ETL development, including performance tuning and error handling.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration and ETL development.
• In-depth knowledge of SSIS and data integration techniques.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Experience with working in Agile environment.
