Job Summary
• Manage any NAV exceptions and client queries, as part of the Fund Service offering to our clients.

• Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with management to drive new initiatives
• Critical success factors include the ability to work with stakeholders within and outside the bank, a good business understanding, an expert appreciation of Fund service and a pro-active attitude in managing key risks
Business
• This role requires a high level of expertise in Fund accounting. In addition to local Fund accounting the individual will require industry knowledge
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of daily NAV’
Processes
Accountability: Fund Services client onboarding
• Work closely with client/sales/product in finalizing the PPM/FASA and SLM
• Liaising with the implementation/Sales team on the onboarding of new Fund service clients
• On-boarding of Fund Service clients in SeCCure and in Multifonds via the hub (GBS MY)
• Communicate with Data Management team and GBS MY on any new onboarding of funds.
• Communicate with Data Management team and GBS MY any new instruments bought into the fund.
Key Responsibilities
Accountability: Fund Services NAV process
• Daily reporting of fund accounting and transfer agency transactions to GBS IN and GBS MY
• Liaise with GBS IN for the timely delivery of the NAV report and ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with GBS MY for timely delivery of TA transactions.
• Liaise with GBS Compliance MY for timely delivery and compliance monitoring, and performance Reporting.
• Ensure the processing of client payment with proper approval without breaches of Group payment policy, and other guidelines.
• Follow up with client on the NAV approval.
• Review the generic email address of Fund Services and ensure all client queries are responded on the same day.
• Analyse and investigate all Bank reconciliations items received from GBS IN daily. Communicate corrective action on outstanding’s
• Analyse and investigate all Holdings reconciliation breaks received from GBS IN daily. Communicate corrective action on breaks.
• Liaise with auditors and GBS MY on the timely completion of client financial statements.

Qualifications
• Degree in Finance/business is a mish
• 1-2years’ experience in investment administration and accounting is prefered
