Key Responsibilities

• OR 및 compliance 요건과 관련해서 기업금융그룹 내 자료 문의처 역할을 담당한다.
• 기업금융그룹을 위해 OR 이니셔티브의 실행을 주도하고 지원한다.
• 운영 리스크 이슈에 대해 기업금융 헤드/OTCR(Operational, Technology & Cyber Risk)과 선제적인 커뮤니케이션을 실시하고, 보고한다.
• BRF, 기업금융그룹 헤드/OTCR에게 보고하기 위해 운영 리스크 및 손실 보고를 조율하고 취합한다. 데이터 정확성 및 완결성을 확인한다.
• Compliance 및 운영 리스크 관리를 위해 통제 방안 및 모니터링 계획을 설계하고 이행한다. Compliance 모니터링 및 리스크 관리를 위해 통제방안의 효용성을 확인한다.
• 기업금융그룹 관련 정기적인 비즈니스 모니터링(자가 평가) 활동을 수행하고, 지적사항 및 위반사항이 발생하면 이를 기업금융그룹 헤드/OTCR에게 보고한다.
• 파악된 리스크 및 이슈가 적기에 해결되었는지 확인한다.
• 자금세탁 방지를 위해 적절한 내부 통제방안 및 절차를 구축하여 취지대로 운용되는지 확인하기 위해 BMLPO의 역할을 담당하거나 BMLPO와 협력할 수 있다. 해당되는 경우, 금융 범죄 리스크 조사를 지원한다.
• 직원들을 위한 compliance 및 OR에 대한 연수를 주선한다.
• 기업금융그룹 내에서 신용정보 관리/보호인 및 민원 처리 담당자, 책무이행점검 담당자의 역할을 수행한다.

Skills and Experience

• 회의 및 문서 작성을 위한 원활한 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 엑셀, 파워포인트 등 업무도구를 활용한 보고자료 작성 능력
• 높은 정확성, 책임감, 세부사항에 대한 주의력
• 다양한 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 능력

Qualifications

• 전반적인 은행업무에 대한 지식 및 스킬 소유자
• 내부통제 및 준법정신이 투철하고 실행력이 뛰어난 자
• 각 업무 부서 및 그룹 팀과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유한 자
• 능동적이고 적극적인 업무 자세, 긍정적 태도 및 강한 책임감이 있는 자
