Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

•    Acquire, develop and manage profitable SME client relationships through proactive, one-to-one engagement.
•    Understand clients’ business and financial needs and provide appropriate banking products, services and structured solutions within credit and risk appetite.
•    Deliver sustainable revenue growth, portfolio quality and client retention across assets, liabilities, cross-sell, digital banking, foreign exchange, non-funded income and net interest income.

Qualifications

Key Experiences    
•    Substantial banking experience with demonstrated success in relationship management or a comparable client-facing role.
•    At least four years of relevant sales experience, including at least two years serving SME or corporate clients.
•    Proven ability to assess credit risk and risk-adjusted returns, acquire clients, grow revenue and manage portfolio quality.
•    Strong business acumen, interpersonal effectiveness and ability to work across geographically dispersed and diverse stakeholder groups.
Certifications / Qualifications (only where mandatory)    
•    No mandatory certification specified; relevant banking, credit or relationship-management qualifications are advantageous.
Languages    
•    Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
