We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you’ll grow and deepen Priority and International client relationships, deliver holistic financial solutions, and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a high-quality portfolio of Priority and International clients.
  • Provide regulated investment advice and offer a full suite of wealth, lending, and banking solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities through referrals, market insights, and proactive outreach.
  • Deepen client relationships using data-driven insights to increase share of wallet and AUM.
  • Partner closely with investment and mortgage specialists to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain robust compliance standards including CDD, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to support continuous improvement.
  • Champion strong risk management and uphold the highest standards of ethics and conduct.
  • Collaborate across teams, support talent development, and share best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills.
  • Solid understanding of wealth management, credit, and banking products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, and deliver consistently.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Skilled in handling complex client instructions and navigating multi-cultural environments.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to wider team goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales and investment advisory experience, ideally within banking, wealth, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in meeting business development and revenue targets.
  • CISI Level 4 (or equivalent investment advisory qualification) – preferred.
  • RE5 (FAIS) – preferred.
  • Valid Jersey work rights/permit.
  • Relevant relationship management training and professional development.
