We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Senior Business Development Manager to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you’ll grow Priority and International client base by introducing new clients, deliver holistic financial solutions, and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Africa region strategy to bring on new relationships
  • Identify new opportunities through referrals, market insights, and proactive outreach.
  • Complete client journey to onboard with the Bank and ensure clients needs are met throughout.
  • Partner closely with investment and mortgage specialists to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain robust compliance standards including CDD, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to support continuous improvement.
  • Champion strong risk management and uphold the highest standards of ethics and conduct.
  • Collaborate across teams, support talent development, and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting business development and revenue targets.
  • Valid Jersey work rights/permit - preferred
  • Relevant relationship management training and professional development.
