• Review, update and standardise DOI
• Timely escalation and resolution of outstanding cases above 10 days
• Provide timely response to queries raised by sanctions team (FCSU)
• Maintaining proper EOD control
• Strict adherence in maintaining EOD control evidence
• Providing CST samples in timely manner
• Ensuring department is Audit ready at any point in time.
• Deliver against Internal/External Audit requests and have 0 high risk findings
• Submitting KCI on timely basis
• Timely escalation of sanction reject case to country
• Maintenance of Error Tracker to track all the internal errors /External errors
• NIL Complaints
• Timely response to queries from stake holders
• Confirmation of POU sanction status to countries
• Handling CFETS/Predeal transactions efficiently within TAT
• Contribute and implement process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Min 3-5 years of experience in OTC Derivatives Operations / Trade Confirmation.
• Strong knowledge of FX, Interest Rate, and Credit Derivatives
• Experience in trade affirmation, confirmation, matching, and exception management.
• Familiarity with ISDA documentation and derivative confirmation processes
• Ability to liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Legal, and external counterparties.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as Murex, Calypso, MarkitWire, SWIFT, or DTCC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior team leadership, SME, or process improvement experience is an advantage
