•    Coordinate market onboarding, including local requirements assessment, stakeholder sign-off, communications, training and hypercare support.
•    Drive cardholder and approver adoption while maintaining appropriate eligibility criteria, approval discipline and spend governance.
•    Act as the senior escalation point for implementation decisions, operational incidents, issuer performance, control gaps and complex stakeholder concerns.
•    Ensure timely investigation, remediation and root-cause analysis of failed transactions, unreconciled items, suspicious activity and policy breaches.
•    Maintain complete documentation and audit trails for programme decisions, approvals, testing, controls, exceptions and issue remediation.
•    Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and risk assessments, ensuring actions are resolved within agreed timelines.
•    Define service levels and performance measures for issuers, service teams and internal stakeholders, and lead regular governance reviews.
•    Identify opportunities to increase compliant P-Card usage, reduce low-value purchase-order and invoice volumes, and improve the employee and supplier experience.
•    Deliver measurable benefits through process simplification, automation, improved visibility, reduced processing effort and stronger spend control.
•    Plan resources and manage implementation capacity, budget and third-party costs within approved parameters.
