Graduate Development Engineer
We are looking for highly talented and ambitious individuals to join our Graduate Programme as Development Engineers. During a 12-month learning journey, you’ll learn from leaders, get involved in key projects, and build the skills to propel your career forward, as part of our Technology and Operations team.

About the Graduate Programme – how you’ll learn and grow
From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world projects that matter. Our 12-month graduate programme is designed to accelerate your development and set you up for long-term success. You’ll benefit from:

Your programme starts with an 8-week Technical Bootcamp that will equip you with the necessary skills and understanding of technology architecture, programming languages, and how banking solutions can be rapidly designed and delivered.
What you’ll be doing
- Design & development of robust banking software product development
- Delivery quality software which meets the business requirements
- Work in a truly agile environment, as part of scrum teams that are striving to solve customer challenges
- Participate in full software development lifecycle – requirements, design, implementation to deployment
- Take full ownership and responsibility for product development and delivery
- Handling problems reported from the field and coming up with quick resolution, workaround, recovery, and fixes.
Eligibility
We’re interested in people with diverse backgrounds. To be eligible for this role, you must be graduating from a Bachelor of Engineering course in 2026. You’ll also:
- Have some experience with programming algorithms, data structures, OOP concepts and frameworks, and database fundamentals.
- Have some knowledge and hands-on on experience in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, C#, or Dot Net.
- Be familiar with design patterns, Microservices, UI frameworks – Angular, React, AI MS Office, MI & visualisation tools like Canva.
- Have some knowledge of tools & frameworks like Selenium, JMETER, LoadRunner.
- Be analytical, a critical thinker & have strong problem-solving ability
- Have strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
