Job Summary
• Overall experience required 12+ Years in Business Analyst role in Banking Domain.
• Good to have experience on M7 GRC Product including ORM, PDMS, ISM, ICS, Peer Review
• Serve as the functional lead that is accountable for overall Business Systems solutions related to the Technical implementation and maintenance of SCB's Risk and CFCC Domain
• Partner with cross functional teams to produce relevant documents (Functional Specification, Interface Documentation etc.)
• Build prototypes using Excel and other tools
• Review implementation of the user stories as a part of development process
• Create and maintain documentation on business cases, business requirements, traceability matrix, process and workflows as per SCB's development guidelines.
• Support faster (Agile) delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools like Confluence, ADO, Scrum board
• Adapting templates to meet the client's needs and/or required templates, identifying what portions of preexisting materials are applicable and what needs to be tailored.
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Good to have skills on SQL and Reporting Tools
