Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Highly experienced SAP Solutions Architect with over 12 years of expertise in the design, implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP suites of applications, particularly within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Finance domains. 

•    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing various solutions using SAP platforms such as BTP, CPI, IAS/IPS, and SaaS applications. Experience with SAP SCM suites, including SAP Ariba and Concur, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Implementation:
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the Supply Chain Management and Finance domains.
• Develop and manage different solutions using SAP platforms such as BTP, CPI, IAS/IPS, and SaaS applications.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems using Web Services, SOAP/REST, and file-based methods.

Upgrade and Support:
• Oversee the upgrade and support of SAP suites of applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide expert-level support in managing SAP products on the S4Hana platform, with a focus on administration and optimization.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
• Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate technical solutions and project status to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.

Business as Usual (BAU) Management:
• Drive initiatives to improve daily BAU operations through automation and process optimization.
• Manage daily BAU activities, including:
• Incident & Situation Management: Handle and resolve incidents promptly to minimize business impact.
• Problem Management: Identify and fix bugs, ensuring long-term resolution of recurring issues.
• Change Management: Oversee the development and implementation of changes to SAP systems.
• Escalation Management: Address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• People Management: Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems to ensure they operate efficiently.

Strategy
• Plan and lead Analysis & Design Fit –Gap Workshops. This will include challenging Business Users on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans and meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manage BAU Incidents based on priority by analysing the issue, providing interim or permanent fix.

Business
• Collaborate with the HR Community to elicit Business Requirements using a variety of techniques. The preferred methodology may include - interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task analysis and workflow analysis.
• Work directly with HR Stakeholders to understand HR processes and strategies and determine when to leverage HR Technology and where alternate solutions may be preferable

Processes
• Produce & maintain the required documentation using organizational standard templates to support the Business/Incident Analysis like root cause analysis, Story etc

People & Talent
• Contribute to Hive planning and management of milestones
• Assist the SRE Chapter lead and Hive Tech lead in ensuring no impact to deliveries from Hive and SRE perspective. 
• Ensure that the Chapter & Hive leads are aware of all potential Issues & Risks and provide options for managing risk.

Risk Management
• Should have good understanding of different type of risks like operational, governance, cyber security from BAU and delivery perspective. 
• Should be able to manage and mitigate risk.
Governance
• Influences the Hive Team to create and maintain alignment around the hive objectives, benefits, scope and key Challenges which may affect Hive delivery and support KPIs.
• Follow and support organization specific Governance related processes to keep the Hive and application in compliant status.

•    Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, clients, and vendors effectively.
•    Experience in leading automation initiatives to enhance BAU operations.
