Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Drive the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across the Enterprise Architecture function, leveraging approved enterprise AI platforms and technologies 
•    Working closely with the AI Factory, the role will identify, design, and deliver AI-driven solutions that improve architecture insights, data quality, decision-making, governance, reporting, and other EA outcomes. 
•    Role is focused on implementation, adoption and value realization, rather than building AI platforms or models 

Key Responsibilities

AI Use Case Delivery
•    Identify, prioritize and implement AI-driven use cases across Enterprise Architecture.
•    Translate architecture challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
•    Support AI-assisted design reviews, standards compliance, documentation generation and governance activities.
•    Ensure all AI implementations comply with architecture governance, risk, security and Responsible AI requirements.
•    Promote adoption and effective use of AI capabilities across the architecture community.
•    Partner with the AI Factory to leverage and scale approved AI capabilities.
Architecture Intelligence & Insights
•    Deliver AI-powered architecture insights, recommendations and impact analysis.
•    Implement capabilities that improve technology portfolio visibility, dependency mapping, lifecycle management and decision support.
•    Drive AI-enabled architecture knowledge management and discovery. 
Reporting & Interaction Models
•    Implement AI-enabled dashboards, reporting and conversational interfaces.
•    Enable stakeholders to interact with architecture data and insights using natural language and AI assistants

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Governance or Technology Transformation.
  • Experience delivering automation, analytics, or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Ability to translate architecture challenges into implementable AI use cases.
  • Experience working with business, engineering, data and architecture stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering practices.
  • Experience with architecture tooling, CMDBs, knowledge repositories and technology analytics.
  • Understanding of architecture processes, repositories, governance and technology lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot, Azure AI and automation technologies.

•    Experience working with architecture repositories, CMDBs, technology inventories, or enterprise knowledge management platforms
