JOB SUMMARY
The Role Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investment portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather and validate financial data.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support portfolio performance analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Business Manager profile, MT level experience
Financials Management
• Maintains budget plans and ensures all budgets are correctly set in Clarity
• Assists in updates on monthly costs plans, re-forecasting activities & variance analysis and reporting
• Collaborates with Technology team for inputs
• Facilitate Capitalization of Project costs
Resource Management
• Maintains overall team resource plan, Squad updates and ensures all business resources are captured in relevant systems
• Maintain Hive hiring plan, ensures hires are realistic to aid in forecast accuracy
• Produces monthly timesheet reporting and highlights key variances to RF Leads
• Maintain and communicates timesheet reminder to Project teams
Vendor Management
• Supports in onboarding Vendors (to discuss)
• Raises and tracks purchase orders in the e-Procurement system
• Maintain Invoice and Accrual tracker to ensure booking of accruals in timely manner
• Maintains standardized Invoice and Accrual tracker and other relevant financial files
• Collates and coordinates accruals and recharges from Project Managers and validates successful booking
• Ensure payments are tracked to completion (requires external email access)

Qualifications
• Overall 17+years of relevant PMO experience. Any PMO relevant certifications.
