Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Treasury Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end business analysis, with expertise in Python, SQL, SAP/SAC, and data management.
•    This role requires a deep understanding of financial data and analytics to support our treasury operations. The successful candidate will leverage self-service data modelling capabilities, augmented by AI functionalities, to deliver actionable insights.
•    A key focus will be the delivery of a standardized and rationalized set of analytics, made available on the Treasury Landing Page, with a “persona”-driven user interface and user experience (UI/UX).

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using modern full stack technologies.
•    Design and implement user-friendly interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience for treasury and financial applications.
Business
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features tailored to treasury management.
•    Analyse complex treasury data sets to derive actionable insights and inform development decisions.
•    Integrate SAP/SAC solutions to enhance treasury business processes, analytics, and reporting.
•    Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in applications and data processes.
Processes
•    Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
•    Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their alignment with treasury requirements.
Risk Management
•    Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in treasury and financial management.
•    Able to model data and recommend technology with the better end state solution. 
Governance
•    Maintain strict compliance with governance standards and all relevant regulatory policies.

Key stakeholders
•    Treasury IRRBB, Treasury COO, Regulatory Reporting, Business Stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

•    Experience with treasury analytics tools and libraries (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
•    Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems 
•    Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, particularly in financial applications
•    Hands-on experience with SAP/SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and integration with other systems.
•    Experience working with S4 HANA CDS views / Datasphere Analytical Models / BEX Reports / Calculation Views
•    Familiarity with front-end technologies 
•    Familiarity with financial modelling and treasury management systems

Qualifications

Education
•    Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Or A Related Field; Or Equivalent Work Experience
•    15+ Years Of Overall Work Experience With 10+ Years Of Relevant Experience As A Full Stack Developer
Training
•    Experience With Cloud Platforms (E.G., Aws, Azure, Google Cloud).
•    Knowledge Of Data Visualization Tools And Techniques.
•    Familiarity With Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies.
•    Experience In Treasury Or Financial Services Domain.
Certifications
•    Certifications In Relevant Technologies (E.G., Sap, Python). 
Languages
•    English
