Job Description: 

Job Summary

The key purpose is to involve in design, development, testing and implementation of reconciliation projects. Additional responsibilities include involvement in development of Python related activities, automation, develop tools using TLM product.

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to load, transform and reconcile data for TLM.
•    Develop Python scripts and components for data processing, automation, and integration with TLM.
•    Write and optimize Oracle SQL  (views, functions, procedures, packages) to support TLM interfaces and reporting.
•    Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for job scheduling, file handling, and batch processing.
•    Participate in the end-to-end TLM implementation lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and deployment.
•    Work closely with business, operations, and BA teams to understand reconciliation rules, matching logic, and exception handling.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ETL jobs, data quality, and TLM processing.
•    Contribute to performance tuning across ETL processes, database queries, and scripts.
•    Prepare and maintain technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and job run books.
•    Create and update test cases, perform unit/system integration testing, and support UAT.
•    Collaborate with infrastructure/DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and job scheduling.
•    Ensure adherence to bank standards, security, compliance, and audit requirements.

Key Expertise
•    Basic knowledge on ETL development (Informatica(Preferable), DataStage, or similar enterprise ETL tools).
•    Basic knowledge on Python programming (data processing, automation, scripting).
•    Basic knowledge on Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
•    Basic knowledge on Shell Scripting (Unix/Linux for automation, job orchestration)
•    Basic knowledge on banking.
•    Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
