Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation Management: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of complex suspense and sundry accounts, ensuring adherence to Group Reconciliation Policies.
- Investigation & Resolution: Lead the investigation into long-outstanding entries; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, and Finance) to resolve discrepancies.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards to track aged items, volume trends, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current manual reconciliation workflows and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Audit & Compliance: Ensure all records are audit ready. Maintain robust documentation for internal and external regulatory reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Present monthly reconciliation health reports to senior management, highlighting high-value risks and resolution timelines.
