RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently looking for Associate Manager-People Capability Operations for our People Capability Ops Team in Bangalore. The incumbent will have to manage the delivery of Group Learning Projects and assist the classroom (both ILT and VILT) learning programmes for the bank, which are administered by GPS People Capability Operations team.
Roles & Responsibilities
The prospective candidate should have the following skillsets:
a) Excellent English communication & business writing skills (both verbal and written)
b) Experience in managing projects and its overall deliverables
b) Good in analytical skills
c) Good experience in stakeholder management
d) Excellent hands-on working knowledge in Ms-Excel (usage of formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, power BI, preparation of dashboards and reports etc)
e) Good hands-on experience in MS-PPT and have made presentation to senior stakeholders
e) High energy person and one who is a self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision
f) Should also have an eye for detail
g) Prior experience in providing operational support to learning programmes in previous organizations
h) Hands on experience in SABA Cloud
i) Prior experience in handling training sessions as a facilitator
