Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager for the third-party risk management (TPRM) team within the Network & Nostro Management Centre of Excellence (NNM COE), you will support the business by assisting in the execution of non-vendor TPRM processes. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders from the business to help oversee and execute the onboarding, oversight, and off-boarding of non-vendor third-party relationships, ensuring adherence to defined processes and related systems. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the execution of the process, ensuring compliance with bank standards, and supporting risk management processes for non-vendor TPRM specific to CIB. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks, evaluate non-vendor third-party relationships, and support the development of mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will focus on continuous monitoring of non-vendor relationships, reporting on risk metrics, suggesting improvement opportunities, and providing strategic insights. We are seeking a data-analytical, process-experienced professional with strong knowledge of process and governance matters to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and security of the organization's third-party engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, laws, and industry regulations, while specifically supporting the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of TPRM strategies aligned with NNM COE objectives.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate NNM COE TPRM strategies into the broader risk management and business strategies.
Business
• Support the business by executing non-vendor TPRM processes, ensuring they meet the specific needs of Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).
• Help oversee the onboarding, oversight, and off-boarding of non-vendor third-party relationships, ensuring adherence to defined processes and related systems.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with non-vendor third-party relationships.
• Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to manage identified risks effectively.
• Provide regular reports on risk metrics and performance of non-vendor third-party relationships to business leaders.
Processes
• Ensure compliance with bank standards and support the enhancement of NNM COE risk management processes for non-vendor TPRM.
• Continuously monitor non-vendor third-party relationships to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
• Assist in maintaining and updating NNM COE TPRM policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to support the assessment and improvement of the effectiveness of NNM COE TPRM processes.
• Manage the daily operational aspects of NNM COE TPRM, including tracking and documenting all activities related to third-party engagements as well as adherence to SLA.
• Participate in the rollout of new systems, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), undergo training, and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.

• Assist in leading and mentoring a team of professionals within the NNM COE, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Governance
• Assist in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks for non-vendor NNM COE TPRM to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Ensure adherence to governance policies and procedures in the execution of NNM COE TPRM processes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant committees on the status of non-vendor third-party relationships and associated risks.
• Ensure that all NNM COE TPRM activities are conducted in accordance with the bank's ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on third-party risk management, and 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding financial regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to support and assist in managing teams.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and supporting the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with risk management systems and processes related to third-party relationships.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and supporting complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assist in making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to third-party risk management.
