Job Summary
• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Be involved with workshops with FM Operations etc so that Business Requirements can be documented.
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Create JIRA epics and stories, and ensure business, PO and development team are all on the same page on the requirements
• Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements

• Serve as a Director of the Board
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Qualifications
• Qualification-MBA or BE/BTech (with experience as business/system analyst Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech experience)
• Experience-10 years as business/system analyst in Financial Domain/Banking/FinTech
• Excellent knowledge in Financial markets, various financial market products (especially Fx, money market and other fixed income products including derivatives)
• The ability to work directly with Operations and Business teams to understand current processes
• Working experience in agile team, and writing user stories
• Certifications like CFA is a plus
