Job Summary

•    Counterparty Credit Risk Business Analyst for driving the various Sales Efficiency projects with the goal to achieve the SCB Group’s RoTE targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    The FM CCR BA Team requires a strong Business Analyst to lead a number of initiatives as part of the Sales Efficiency Program. The deliverable will incorporate business and technology deliverables including system upgrades,business workflows and migrations, risk data and control implementations. In this function, the lead is responsible for high quality analytics requirements produced by the team, definition of target operating model, testing, training, and user support for various projects focused on Traded Credit Risk / Sales Efficiency.

•    Work with relevant stakeholders (Traded Risk Management, Limits Monitoring, Reporting,Front Office etc) globally to deliver solutions for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) management / Sales efficiency for FOs.
•    Manage requirements across multiple workstreams through Agile development process.
•    Work with Development teams to onboard business requirements to technical solutions including all business workflows enabling the Credit Risk management by the TRMs /enhancing Sales efficiency for the FOs.
•    Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology partners by providing clear business requirements and defining clear acceptance criteria
•    Identify gaps thorough stakeholder interviews and data analysis
•    Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
•    Collaborate with team members across various locations and time zones to ensure solution is consistent across all asset classes where applicable
•    Undertake functional testing to ensure quality of delivery before it is passed on to the stakeholders for UAT.
•    Agile planning of deliveries and staying on the top of the delivery cadence throughout the requirement lifecycle(inception to Go Live).
•    Able to identify and raise risks and issues if project milestones are at risk.
•    Decommission legacy systems and transition users to the strategic platforms.
•    Backing up the Scrum master/Sr BAs as and when required.
•    Providing user training and support where required.

Skills and Experience

Technical Knowledge 

•    Strong Agile Knowledge.
•    Any experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka or ElasticSearch is a plus.
•    Oracle PL/SQL knowledge, SQL Tuning is a plus
•    Scripting programming in Python is a plus
•    Good understanding of UI/UX development

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer science or other related analytical field (Masters a plus) 
•    7-8 years of experience in delivering change in Credit Risk
•    Product Owner experience would be a plus.
•    Working experience on Active Pivot would be a plus.
•    Strong understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk.
•    Strong experience in implementing projects using Agile methodology
•    Good understanding of UI/UX development
•    Good to have programming experience in Python, SQL, Kafka or ElasticSearch is a plus.
•    Experienced in data visualization
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
