Job Description: 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Band 6) to support the WalkMe Digital Adoption platform within the S&T function.
The role will focus on:
•    Driving digital adoption across enterprise platforms (SuccessFactors, OneSC, Ariba, Fieldglass, etc.)
•    Translating business process challenges into WalkMe-enabled solutions
•    Delivering data-driven insights to improve user experience, process efficiency, and adoption
WalkMe enables in-app guidance, automation, and analytics to simplify complex processes and enhance employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
•    Engage with business stakeholders across S&T to understand process pain points and user journeys
•    Translate requirements into functional specifications and WalkMe use cases
•    Act as the bridge between business teams, product owners, and technical developers

Data Analysis & Insights
•    Leverage WalkMe analytics to track: 
•    User engagement
•    Adoption trends
•    Process bottlenecks
•    Generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement 
Core Skills
•    Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities
•    Experience working with digital adoption tools (WalkMe preferred)
•    Ability to analyse data and derive insights to drive decision-making
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Skills and Experience

Digital Adoption & WalkMe Implementation
•    Support design and deployment of WalkMe solutions (Smart Walk-Thrus, Smart Tips, automation flows)
•    Collaborate with developers to ensure scalable and user-centric implementations
•    Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption across key systems

Qualifications

•    5–8 years of experience in: Business Analysis / Consulting / Digital Transformation roles
•    Experience in banking or global enterprise environments preferred
