Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and evolution of our Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role is central to how we activate first-party data, unify customer profiles, and deliver personalized experiences across marketing and sales channels. You’ll partner with marketing, analytics, data engineering, and IT teams to deliver a scalable, privacy-compliant, and commercially impactful CDP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•    Own the Adobe CDP roadmap: Define and prioritize the backlog to deliver business value and technical scalability.
•    Drive customer data unification: Oversee ingestion, identity resolution, and profile stitching across online and offline sources.
•    Enable real-time activation: Manage segment creation, audience sharing, and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud and external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Pega CDH).
•    Champion data governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and internal data usage policies.
•    Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with marketing, CRM, analytics, IT, and legal teams to ensure adoption and value realization.
•    Measure impact: Define KPIs for data quality, segment activation, and marketing effectiveness; work with analytics to report on CDP-driven outcomes.
•    Manage vendor relationships: Work closely with Adobe and implementation partners to deliver use cases on time and within budget.

Skills and Experience

•    5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a MarTech or data product role.
•    Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP or a similar enterprise-grade CDP platform.
•    Deep understanding of data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes.
•    Strong knowledge of customer data privacy frameworks and consent management.
•    Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and vendor partners.
•    Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target).
•    Technical comfort with JSON, APIs, SQL, or data model design (not mandatory but a plus).
•    Experience in a multi-market or global organization, especially in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, telco).
•    Certifications: Adobe CDP, Adobe Analytics business developer certification is highly preferred

Personal Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
