Job Summary
1. Minimise Fraud losses by running projects and implement fraud strategy
2. Head Office Reporting and Stakeholder reporting for GBS supported countries
3. Other Activities
Strategy
• Managing projects, project budget, timelines.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating potential risks through project implementation and its lifecycle.
• Tracking Project progress, identifying deviation and implementing corrective actions
Business
• Ensure the Fraud Risk Management Framework is effectively embedded and communicated across corporate customer segment.
• Identify industry best fraud risk infrastructure and management practices are tabled and are considered for adoption within the country.
Processes
• Lead and drive standardisation, automation and consolidation through re-engineering and process improvement initiatives for the country fpr Fraud Risk Management.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the risk management processes.
People & Talent
• Encourage and promote an active training and learning environment to facilitate excellence in risk management, project management, behaviours and accountability.
Risk Management
• Deliver the defined aspects of the Fraud risk role to support the Group’s Fraud risk approach and objectives.
• Ensure that the role is managed in accordance with the defined Fraud Risk framework and associated Policy and Standards.
Governance
• Establish strong ties into the relevant business lines, governance, risk and control committees.
• Drive integration of Fraud Risk Framework and associated Policy and Standards into business lines and utilise for the ongoing governance process establishment within bank.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association

Other Responsibilities*
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
