Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 12 to 15 years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Takes end-to-end ownership of feature delivery — from requirements analysis through to production deployment and post-release stabilisation
- Manages complexity and ambiguity independently, breaking down large regulatory or business requirements into deliverable technical solutions
- Drives release activities, including Change Requests, production validation, and go-live support
- Consistently delivers time-critical regulatory and business commitments within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Understands and applies bank-wide compliance, risk, and governance frameworks in technical delivery
- Builds and shares reusable libraries, services, and frameworks that accelerate delivery across multiple teams
- Platform Modernisation & Innovation
- Proactively identifies and implements performance optimisation and scalability improvements
- Communicates technical risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Java Frameworks Springboot, Quarkus
- B.Tech OR EQUIVALENT
Preferred Certifications:
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in RESTful API design, database technologies (PostgreSQL, Oracle), and cloud-native development practices including containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Demonstrated experience with secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, Nginx configuration and tuning, with strong proficiency in OAuth2/OIDC authentication, secure coding practices, and end-to-end release management including Change Request implementation and production validation.
- Experience with Release management and production stability
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in UI and backend applications, REST, GraphQL, GRPC, MQ etc.,
- Spring Boot – Java-based framework to create Micro Service.
- Quarkus – Java-based framework to create Micro Service
- UI Development – using frameworks like REACT, Lit frameworks
- OCP, SKE and Openshift expertise
- MQ – JMS, ActiveMQ, Solace etc.
- Continuous Integration – using tools like Maven and Jenkins, ADO
