Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities related to hiring operations, contract management, and calendar scheduling for senior leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring Coordination
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate status, and maintaining hiring trackers.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
Contract & Documentation
• Assist in preparation, submission, and tracking of contract documents
• Maintain organized records of all hiring and contractual documentation
• Coordinate resource extension requests and follow up on approvals
• Track and update workforce reports regularly
Approvals & Reporting
• Manage approval workflows related to hiring, travel, and other administrative processes
• Prepare and share summary reports as required
Calendar & Travel Management
• Support senior management with calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
• Handle travel approval requests and assist with related logistics
General Administration
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and task completion
• Coordination with teams for inputs to prepare decks for senior stakeholder meetings
• Organise employee engagement sessions such as Town Halls, Learning sessions, Fireside chats
Key stakeholders
• FSS Mgmt, FSS Custody Squad, PSS and other infra related key vendors and stakeholders
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in administration, coordination, or HR support roles
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of HR systems or tools
• Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Confluence, ADO/JIRA
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
