Job Summary
The WRB Global Digital Sales team’s objective is to partner with country, product, and technology stakeholders to create programs, content and experiences that will support acquisition and engagement of prospects and customers through SC’s Digital Assets. With a customer centric approach, the team is focused on delivering on the customer intent through its acquisition and deepening strategies while driving profitable acquisitions for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role is accountable for driving Agile delivery and ways of working for cross-functional teams, the agile marketing Scrum Master will sit at the intersection of strategy & campaign implementation with the responsibility of accelerating out team’s digital campaigns and implementing the digital strategy through Agile testing and ongoing test and learn programme. The role requires proven leadership, outstanding stakeholder management and an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Campaign Manager. Experience in running and measuring performance of personalization campaigns using Adobe Target is a strong plus.
- The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team in ideating digital marketing tests, prioritizing & conducting rapid sprints and communicating results to senior executives. The Project Manager will be ultimately responsible for managing a cross-functional team and operational performance of customer acquisition across all digital platforms in the AME Region.
- On an average day, s/he will be immersed in developing hypothesis to test, analyzing data, designing UI, coaching a team & managing multiple stakeholders within the business. S/He will also be accountable for reporting KPIs and key metrics.
• Be the ‘on-the-ground digital acquisition agile coach and support leader’
• Drive test & learn model through team to accelerate digital acquisition on paid & owned media
• Lead team in conceptualizing and designing tests / initiatives across lines of businesses
• Run daily stand ups, create and manage test backlog and troubleshoot issues on a daily basis
• Coach the team on Agile practices & rapid execution mindset and cover them from distractions/ out of scope requests to keep laser focus on test & learn
• Support extensive competitive analysis to inform test designs
• Engage with data analytics to assess & report test performance and projections
• Manage dependencies and efficiently communicate plans, issues and results with senior management on a proactive and regular basis
• Collaborate with a range of partners, e.g., Finance, Lines of Business, global war room teams & maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred
8+ years of experience in running digital projects, with minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile product manager
Outstanding expertise in setting up and running agile tools, including but not limited to ADO, JIRA and Confluence
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Campaign Manager, Apps Flyer platforms is a necessary skill set.
Exceptional troubleshooting, structuring and problem solving skills, to guide the team through a rigorous problem solving approach
Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions
Efficient and confident communicator who inspires the team and engages senior management on relevant topics in a time efficient manner
