Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

•    Create engaging employer brand content across multiple formats, including copy, visuals, short‑form video and digital assets
•    Work confidently within the framework of a master brand, flexing tone, messaging and creative execution for different talent audiences and markets, while maintaining brand integrity
•    Translate corporate, brand and business content into compelling employer branding and recruitment marketing for attraction.
•    Create content for a variety of campaign types, including hiring campaigns, diversity and inclusion initiatives, early careers programmes and priority talent roles.
•    Tailor content to different audience personas, ensuring relevance for distinct talent segments across regions, functions and career stages
•    Develop content for use across the career’s website, digital brochures, CRM journeys, job boards and social channels.
•    Support the creation of employer brand video and photography content, including storyboarding, filming support and basic editing.
•    Deliver administrative and project support to the Employer Branding team, ensuring accurate finance tracking, clear project oversight and smooth co-ordination across stakeholders.

•    Support internal communications for the Talent Acquisition function, including writing engaging content and updates
•    Manage and maintain the TA internal communications channel (Pulse), ensuring content is timely, relevant and aligned to priorities
•    Review and refine content targeted at internal audiences, including hiring managers and colleagues, ensuring clarity, relevance and alignment to recruitment and referral campaigns
•    Support content for employee referral initiatives, adapting messaging to encourage internal advocacy and participation
•    Work with global and regional stakeholders to capture authentic employee stories and bring them to life through content
•    Collaborate closely with Employer Brand and Digital teams to align content with campaign objectives and channel strategies
•    Support content planning to maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh, high‑quality material
•    Review, refresh and re‑purpose existing content to keep it current, accurate and impactful
•    Support basic reporting and insight gathering to understand content performance and inform future improvements

Skills and Experience

•    Proven experience in a content creation, employer branding, recruitment marketing or brand storytelling role
•    Demonstrated experience working within a master brand framework and adapting content for different audiences without diluting brand consistency
•    Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to reshape corporate content into candidate‑focused and internal employer brand narratives
•    Confidence creating content for different campaign types and tailoring messaging for diverse audience personas
•    Experience creating visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud software (or equivalent)
•    Experience editing video content for digital channels, including short‑form and social‑first formats
•    Experience working with social media channels as part of recruitment marketing or employer branding activity, including region‑specific platforms such as WeChat
•    Experience working with internal teams or external agencies to localise and translate content for different markets and languages
•    Comfortable working with content publishing, social and digital management tools. Experience with Turtl and Beamery is highly desirable
•    Strong eye for storytelling, detail and brand quality
•    Able to work hands‑on while managing multiple briefs in a fast‑paced, global environment
•    Clear, collaborative communicator, comfortable working with creative, technical and non‑technical stakeholders across regions
•    Copy writing in English, to a governed brand tone of voice.
•    Ability to adapt content to different audiences (internal, external) and persona’s (internal teams and leaders, external talent groups – students, experienced professionals)
•    Experienced writing long form and short form content for different channels.
•    Languages – English, written and verbal.
