Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support day‑to‑day activity across the global career’s website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to our employer brand
• Create, update and optimise digital brochures using Turtl, working to translate our proposition into visually engaging content
• Support candidate engagement activity through Beamery, including CRM journeys, content updates and campaign execution
• Manage job board activity by making sure our company profiles are up-to-date, inventory is being used and keeping up to date on new functionality
• Support employer brand video production, including filming coordination, basic editing, formatting and deployment across digital channels
• Ensure content is optimised for different audiences, devices and platforms
• Work with regional and functional stakeholders to maintain global brand consistency while enabling local relevance
• Supporting with brand updates on recruitment technologies, such as job adverts, assessment platforms and toolkits
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the Employer Brand SharePoint site, ensuring materials are current and clearly organised.
• Maintain and publish content on the TA Pulse page, sharing stories, updates and links that bring Talent Acquisition activity to life.
• Support reporting and insight gathering to help improve digital performance over time.
• Deliver administrative and project support to the Employer Branding team, ensuring accurate finance tracking, clear project oversight and smooth co-ordination across stakeholders.

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in a digital, employer branding, recruitment marketing or content production role
• Working confidently in CMS platforms and making updates (Wordpress)
• Strong skills in Adobe creative cloud software (or equivalent) for image editing, asset creation and optimisation
• Experience editing and formatting video content for digital channels (e.g. short‑form, social, careers site video)
• Comfortable using digital publishing and content management tools. Experience with Turtl and Beamery is highly desirable
• Strong eye for detail, design and brand consistency
• Able to work hands‑on while managing multiple priorities in a global environment
• Clear, practical communicator who can work effectively with technical, creative and non‑technical stakeholders
• Languages – English, written and verbal.
