Job Summary

• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows. They will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Experience

• Core Expertise:

• Basic knowledge of FX and cross-border payment systems
• Familiarity with transaction banking, payment gateways, and regulatory requirements in global payments
• Familiarity with payment platforms or tools related to pricing and billing
• Knowledge of clearing and settlement processes, especially in multi-currency scenarios
• Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like SQL, Python, or similar for transaction data and payment flow analysis

• Understanding of application support, issue resolution, and debugging

• Basic programming skills to assist in automating payment processes and pricing configurations
