• Current‑state Entity Management related workflows across core platforms
• The CLMT vision and how Entity Management supports Client Lifecycle outcomes
Ensure:
• Analysis and design activities align with CLMT objectives
• Proposed solutions are fit for purpose and support both Interim and Target State delivery
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Understand the following:
• Group Data Management Standards and all other policies/standards related to data
• CIB Data’s vision and strategy and how it supports it’s strategic goals
• CIB Business Plan and its strategic goals and enablers
Ensure the following:
• All changes are in line with the Group Data Management Standards and other relevant data related policies/standards
• All design aspects of the change are fit for purpose, aligned to CIB Data Standards and Principles, and ultimately achieve the required business goals
• Adherence to the relevant CIB procedures
Business
Ensure “Data by design” for CLMT by:
Maintain a thorough understanding of Entity Management related workflows across platforms i.e., Client Central, CLM Apps, SCI and related systems
• Perform impact analysis for Entity Management changes across systems and processes
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to:
- Increase operational efficiency
- Improve data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into clear, testable user stories
• Support Entity Management capability delivery by:
- Working closely with the Entity Management Product Owner
- Contributing inputs for backlog definition and prioritisation
- Translating capability‑level features into user stories

• Understand Coverage processes and how these processes impact Entity Management
• Ensure requirements clearly reflect:
- Current‑state processes
- Target‑state intent
- Downstream impacts across systems
People & Talent *
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex problems to identify core requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to various stakeholder groups
• Ability to work effectively as a self-starter with self-motivation, as well as good organisation skills, and ensure deadlines are met
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and engage with all levels of management
• Innovative mindset that continuously looks out for automated solution rather than manual work around
• Experience working with legacy or in‑house systems and transformation programmes
Risk Management*
• Identify risks and issues, and ensure appropriate mitigation or treatment plans are in place
• Actively manage risks and issues identified, and escalate appropriately
• Incorporate appropriate controls when designing processes/solutions
• Ensure requirements and designs consider operational and data risks
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable training or practical experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, and user story documentation.
• Agile / Scrum training or certification, with hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting technology‑enabled transformation or change programmes, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. IIBA, Agile/Scrum, Lean) are preferred but not mandatory.
