Standard Chartered Bank is currently accelerating its Digital Transformation agenda and a key part of this transition is an investment into its Financial Markets electronic trading and e-commerce capability. To deliver this commitment, we have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on ION MarketView Platform Specialist to join our global team development team which is distributed over London, Bangalore and Singapore .  ION Marketview is a key component of our eTrading platform providing pricing and trading integration for D2C and D2D markets, for the Rates and Credit businesses

Key Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• Hands-on configuration, integration and testing of ION eTrading components
• Ability to provide L2 Production support
• Implement changes and upgrades to the ION MarketView eTrading platform.  
• Coordinate and organise changes with external vendors, markets, ECNs and infrastructure teams
• Writing documentation, user guides, regular demos to business and internal teams
• Performing user verification testing with various groups during project go-live

Other Responsibilities

• Technical Skills/Knowledge
• Experience of Linux for server side components.
• Experience of using source control systems, CI/CD pipeline would be a strong advantage.
• Experience of shell and python scripting would be an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
