Job Summary

Candidate should have following Skills  
•    Strong work experience in JAVA Development Activities.
•    10 - 13 years of experience in working in JAVA in Development Initiative 
•    Good programming and debugging skills
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
•    Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
•    Good understanding of coding standards and design patterns
•    Hands on experience on java/J2EE, Spring boot, MQ-JMS/ActiveMQ,Java Script , HTML and REACT
•    Hands on experience on CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins.
•    Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, application integration using web services and SOA 
•    Good understanding of IDL Definition using tools like RAML or Swagger
•    Good understanding of Assembly Development – using frameworks like Apache Camel or Node.js 
•    Hands experience and Knowledge of microservices architecture 
•    Strong in Oracle or SQL Server PL/SQL development and designing data model.
•    Hands on experience in solution design and various architecture standards
•    Strong knowledge in domain-driven design, design patterns and enterprise integration patterns.
•    Hands on experience in implementing software for performance, scalability and other non-functional requirements
•    Strong experience in agile methodologies and test-driven development.
•    Hands on experience in cloud adaption in accordance with Cloud Service models of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

Ensure Delivery cycles are run as per the quality processes, and under the governance structure agreed with all stakeholders.

•    Follow the Organisation’s QA process, standards & Controls                                                        
•    Ensure to work closely with the delivery functions and comply with testing, configuration and release management processes for the projects responsible 

People & Talent
Develop skills set of the team on automation tools & utilities consistently 

Risk Management
Highlight risks proactively to project stakeholders, work collaboratively with them to mitigate any project risks, to resolve any critical issues and try to bring the project on track   

Governance
Ensure Delivery cycles are run as per the quality processes, and under the governance structure agreed with all stakeholders. 

Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information
•    AWS/Azure certification
