Job Summary
Key Requirements for Accelaration :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to champion the adoption and scaling of AI across the Bank. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering AI into production, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborative ways of working, building momentum and confidence in AI across the bank.
Key Requirements
• Proven Delivery Track Record: 13+ years in Data/AI with a demonstrable record of developing and deploying AI solutions into production across multiple jurisdictions, supporting enterprise transformation, change management and successful adoption of AI.
• Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of traditional and generative AI across the full lifecycle.
• Regulated Financial Services Experience: Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in regulated financial services institutions (banks, insurance companies, asset managers, security brokers and/or regulated FinTech/digital asset firms) and within institutional grade risk and compliance frameworks –as a member of an in-house team or professional services firm (Big 4 and/or other leading consulting firms).
• Influencing and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to inspire confidence – driving adoption and scaling of AI. Experienced with translating business requirements into AI opportunities by engaging with business heads, technology teams, and adoption communities, supported with KPIs, and adoption insights.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional storytelling, stakeholder management, and leadership - fostering cross-functional collaboration in a federated organisation, building strong working relationships across the bank.
• Positive Energy: Optimistic and inspirational, fostering a collaborative, solutions-driven culture that builds momentum and confidence across the organisation.
• Responsible AI: While prior Responsible AI experience is not mandatory, candidates must show clear motivation to ensure that all solutions adhere to safe AI standards.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrates a growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing upskilling in both AI technologies and AI assurance.
