Title: Lead - CIB Capital Structuring & Advisory

Job Summary
Purpose:
• To manage the Capital requirement of Corporate and investment banking (CIB) business
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Review, monitoring, control , analysis and finalization of monthly CIB RWA and Leverage.
2. Identify gaps and advice necessary corrective actions in the monthly process to ensure accuracy and completeness in CIB RWA and Leverage.
3. Design, preparation and updating accurate and quality MIS information on monthly and daily CIB RWA and leverage.
4. Monitoring, Tracking, remediating and maintaining logs of the issues on RWA by engaging across various teams in Risk, Operations, technology and Finance.
5. Participate in user acceptance testing/Business requirement for enhancements in capital process.
6. Supporting CIB Finance FP&A in RWA and leverage forecast, budget and corporate planning.
7. Subject matter expertise of Credit Risk RWA and Leverage for UK regulators (PRA) guidelines and Basel 3.0 & 3.1 capital requirement for corporate and institutional banking business.
8. At least 10+ year experience of understanding CIB business products in Trade, Markets and Banking and assessment of RWA for these products.
9. Engaging Business, Risk, product controllers and other finance stakeholders for advising and providing solutions for queries on RWA and leverage.
10. Identify opportunities and realize RWA and leverage optimization across CIB.

Deliver insightful & actionable Analytics. Covering Basel guidelines, deal structuring, deal assessment, returns as well as identifying and articulating key risks to senior management to drive decision making

Qualifications
1. Strong academic record at bachelor or master degree level in business, economics, finance, financial engineering or related field from a well-recognized institution
2. Business Finance and Risk management experience of at least 15+ years in the banking or financial services industry
3. Strong understanding of financial market products.
4. Very good presentation skills, mainly in power point.
5. Good data warehouse knowledge of financial market products
6. Strong knowledge on MS office (mainly, spreadsheets, access and power point)
7. Proven analytical abilities, and used to work in complex global commercial business operations
8. Proven ability to interact with multiple functions / levels and to coordinate deliverables from various inputs under tight deadlines
9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business models and multi facet business views.
10. Results orientated & able to work under tight timeline & pressure
11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Good interpersonal skills and strong cross-cultural awareness
13. Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve quality & efficiency of work.
