Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Lead to join our central team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the bank's infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery across all departments. This role requires a strong background in DevOps practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive the bank's technological advancements
Strateg
• Understand the bank’s DevOps strategy and implementing automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Business
• This role requires Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines to support the bak’s diverse applications and services.
Processes
• Understand the bank’s software delivery processes and implement solutions in line with the bank’s compliance and security requirement.
Key Responsibilities
People & Talent
• Work collaboratively with a team of diverse engineers in sprint delivery.
• Produce technical documentation and prepare training materials on the solutions being delivered and provide technical support.
• Conduct briefing and/or training sessions to application delivery teams to help them get onboarded and accelerate adoption.
Risk Management
• Understand bank’s risk management framework and embed that into the technology solution being delivered.
Governance
• Understand bank’s software delivery & quality assurance framework and assist in solutioning in respective governance activity.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and trends to continuously improve the infrastructure.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Shell, or similar languages.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
