Job Summary

•    To act as a subject matter expert on changes within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) function and the implications of these to the projects being run in LCS.
•    Ensure all appropriate governance controls are being followed by LCS Process Owners/Project managers to ensure the function is 100% compliant. 
•    Work with Programme Manager, Legal Operations and Finance Business Partner to track financial performance against targets.  Provide gap analysis in Clarity to be used as the single source of data and reporting purposes. 
•    Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and Project Managers (PMs) to secure and systematically maintain pertinent project documentation within a centralized repository. Promptly accrue all approved costs determined in governance meetings for the fiscal year.
•    Oversee and facilitate project initiation and closure activities, ensuring successful completion and acceptance of all deliverables in adherence to project objectives. 
•    Prepare meeting pack for the QPR and MPR, take minutes and distribute in a timely manner (at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled governance meetings) – with key focus on the quality of the output and veracity of the data, especially around financials in Clarity. The collaterals should be coherent, with clearly articulated key messages to meet the prescribed quality and visual standards.
•    Support Process Owners/Project managers with all activities to keep projects up to date - from financial plans, risk and issue management, status reporting and schedule management in all applications – e.g. Clarity, ADO etc. 
•    Review all cost allocations like budget, actuals and forecasts with respective Process Owners/Project managers on an ongoing basis - track and help them adjust for any cost variances.
•    Track and report financial and non-financial benefits and ensure it aligns to Group’s objective.
•    Participate in the weekly ECM PMO Working Group calls and disseminate all appropriate control updates within the Legal Project Management team.
•    Maintain updates to the project knowledge base on Confluence.
•    Assist in maintaining and keeping the LCS technology roadmap up to date.

 

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management

•    Apply all relevant Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures to manage risks.
•    To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.

Governance 
•    In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased

Qualifications

  • Proven PMO experience for a Financial Services organisation.
  • Project Management qualification (i.e.: Prince 2, PMP or similar) 
  • Licences and Certifications/accreditations: Scrum Master and Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org or other associations are must, Practitioner certification of Scaled Agile framework like LeSS, SaFE, Scrum Scale, Spotify, Nexus and Human Centred Design or Design Thinking are plus. 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts /previous Change Management experience within FS.
  • (Critical) Expert working knowledge with Project management tools such as, Clarity, JIRA, ADO, Confluence etc. 
  • Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Agile or other related disciplines (Lean Software Development, Human Centred Design).
  • Minimum of 10-year experience in Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years leading & managing Software/ IT Projects / Teams using Agile 
  • Well developed, flexible interpersonal skills appropriate at all levels of engagement within the Bank’s multicultural environment. 
  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
  • Effective collaborative skills that contribute to positive working relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Personal authority to steer others to ensure projects are kept up to date.
  • •    Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk.
  • Experience in the area of Project and Change Management on existing production live systems at least 10 years professional management experience     
  • Strong financial or budgeting experience or advanced analytical and numerical skills. 
  • Adept at using MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced level). 
  • Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Agile and / or managing change for Software/ IT Projects / Teams using Agile    
  • Proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence, especially:
  • Budget management using Clarity/Planview
  • Management of backlogs using Azure DevOps    
  • Risk Management
  • Cost Management
  • Problem Solving    
  • Manage conduct
